Here are some steps to assist if you are having difficulty opening PlayGo.
Please check your internet connectivity.
The iOS PlayGo Application will only be available for iOS 11 or later versions. The Android PlayGo Application will only be available for Android OS 5 or later versions. If you have a lower OS than these, PlayGo will not work.
It is also possible that you have a lower version of the App. Delete and re-download the latest version from your App Store or Play Store and relaunch.
NB: Please note - If the application is downloaded and installed to a "jailbroken" device, PlayGo will not work.
